Snowshoeing and yoga, taking the time to enjoy life's simple pleasures, listening to one's body through various poses, focused breathing, letting yourself go with each exhalation, simply being and becoming one with the winter wilderness.
Take the time to discover the snow-covered mountains on snowshoes, enjoy a moment of well-being in a relaxing setting.
First-timer or not, experienced or a beginner, this outing is open to everyone. A gentle approach to discovering the mountains in order to wake up your senses, to take your time, to let yourself enjoy the area's natural beauty, learning about yourself in the process.

Bring snowshoes, a pair of hiking boots, something to drink, a beanie (or other warm hat), sticks, sunglasses and appropriate clothes.
Even if the "easy" snowshoeing outings are available to "everyone", they do require being a minimum in good shape. For example, being able to climb on the 3rd without stopping.
