Our cancellation guarantees

At Le Grand-Bornand, we know that flexibility is essential for a stress-free holiday. That’s why we offer a no-fee cancellation and refund policy for online purchases. Adapt your plans or deal with the unexpected without worry: your bookings adjust to your rhythm.

Le Grand-Bornand Season pass 

  • Purchased on the legrandbornand.com website, pass not activated & not used(no visit to the terminal).
  • For any reason and without justification.
  • You can make your refund request by e-mailuntil 10 April 2026.
  • Magic Pass annuel skipass is non refundable.

Flex ski pass 

  • The Flex package is a non-consecutive day package, with a choice of 3 durations: 4 days, 5 days or 6 non-consecutive days.
  • Purchased on the legrandbornand.com website, the pass is not activated & is not used(no need to visit a terminal).
  • For any reason and without justification.
  • You can make your refund request by e-mail, up to 5 days before the 1st day of validity of the ski pass.

4 hours to 14 days ski passes 

  • Purchased on the online sales site legrandbornand.com, passes not activated & not used(no visit to the terminal)
  • For any reason and without justification.
  • You can make your refund request by e-mail, up to 5 days before the 1st day of validity of the ski pass.
This does not apply to LIB passes and 4h to 14-day passes purchased on our website using dynamic pricing: these passes cannot be changed or refunded.
When purchasing 2- to 14-day passes online, you have the option of taking out cancellation & rescue insurance (cancellation up to the day before the first day of skiing for medical reasons).
