In an old Savoyard cottage completely restored, high quality services for this cottage of 133m ² (+ 19m ² attic) on the last level (2nd floor). Access to the cottage by interior stairs or directly from the back of the chalet (depending on the snow) side parking and terrace located on the same level as the cottage (independent entrance). The cottage also includes 2 other cottages and a rental on the lower level.
Entrance hall, storage room with boot dryer. Very bell room of life with integrated kitchen opened on stay. Bay window giving access to the large terrace with views of the ski slopes in winter. Reduced with washer and dryer.
4 bedrooms: bedroom 1 and 2 each with 1 double bed 160x200cm, private bathroom, balcony access; bedroom 3: 1 double bed 160x200cm and 1 bed 90x200cm, balcony access; bedroom 4 attic mezzanine (closed) with 4 beds 80cm (twin). TV in each room. Bathroom. 2 independent toilets.
