Cow Art : sculpture "The Caribou Cow"

Elevation : 903m
243 route du Borne, Le Grand-Bornand Village, 74450 Le Grand-Bornand
"The Caribou Cow" is a metal sculpture created in 2014 by the artist Karlito.
Straddling a sled, this artwork is made of pieces of metal salvaged from the canton’s recycling centres and was made for the “Au Bonheur des Mômes” festival. Quebec was the guest of honour at this 23rd edition, and the artwork celebrates the friendship between Le Grand-Bornand and Sévrier in Haute-Savoie, and Lac Beauport in Quebec.
