Discover and learn mountain biking, control of braking, balance and safety rules. Different games and bike rides.
3 or 4 sessions of 2h30 supervised by a qualified mountain bike guide.
3-session option (Monday to Wednesday) or 4-session option (Monday to Thursday).

You will receive a progress report and a diploma at the end of the course.
One or two sessions on the mountain bike playground at the bottom of the Bouchet valley.

Beginners or initiated. Graduation ceremony at the end of the course.
