In spring and autumn, learn to ride a bike and mountain bike through games and short rides on Wednesday or Saturday mornings, depending on age group, with groups for 5-6 year olds and 7-8 year olds.
A different location for each session, games, technical training, discovering the local environment, and good humour are all part of our leisure club's programme.
Please bring the following equipment:
Mountain bike and helmet (compulsory).
Shorts or trousers, cycling gloves, trainers, sunglasses, rain jacket.
Small rucksack with water bottle and cereal bar, inner tube.
