- Do you want to buy online but don't have a ski card?
Don’t worry, just buy your ski pass online and collect it from the ticket machines using the QR code that will be emailed to you with your order confirmation.
You will be asked before validating your basket if you need a ski card. - Retrieving my online order
You can pick up your ski pass from our kiosks in the resort, using the code or QR code you received by e-mail with your purchase confirmation. The terminal will then issue the passes.
You don’t need to go to the cash desk to top up.
- Ski Pass 6 days or more - Extended day
If you have purchased a ski pass for 6 consecutive days or more for the Grand-Bornand ski area, you can take advantage of a reduced-price extension day pass the day after the last day of validity of your multi-day ski pass.

- Is night skiing included with a STAY pass?
Alpine night skiing on Tuesdays and Nordic night skiing on Wednesdays are included in ski passes of 6 days or more (see night ski pass details).
- Do I have to pay the ski pass for my child under 5?
The ski pass is free for children under 5, with FREE access to the ski areas (on presentation of proof of age at the ticket office).
- When does my 4-hour ski pass start?
The choice is yours!
The 4 hours are counted from the first time you pass through the access control terminal: you can start skiing at 10am or 1pm! (example: I start skiing at 10.22am, my pass is valid until 2.22pm). - Is night skiing included in the day or 4-hour pass?
Access to night skiing is not included in the day pass. To access it, please purchase a night ski pass.
- Where can I collect my pass from the terminal?
Find the location of all the charging points in station.
- Where can I buy this ski pass?
You can buy this pass online, at a ticket office or at a ticket office.

- Can I load several passes onto a single skicard?
No, this is not possible. You must load your day passes as you go along. You need one ski pass per skier.
