Welcome to Le Grand-Bornand, the jewel of the French Alps!

What a domain!

With its 90 kilometers and spectacular panoramas, this Famille Plus-approved resort is an ideal destination for families in search of snowy adventures. From accessible slopes to enchanting landscapes, here’s our selection of 5 slopes to discover with the whole family.

01. La Défi'Mômes Skiing with the whole family is great fun!

Arch and slalom bollards, gallows with bell, distorting mirror, rotating character, suspended curtain… all playful modules on the theme of cows and agriculture to discover along this descent laid out on the Les Églantines green trail.

02. La col des Annes A peaceful, authentic spot

Need a moment of peace and quiet? Head for the Col des Annes sector and its eponymous trail, at the foot of Pointe Percée. Here, nature reigns supreme. Ideal for leisurely family descents, this wide, even blue run leads straight down to the Duche valley, where you’ll find a photogenic chapel and a view of the Aravis mountain range: one of the most spectacular sights in the world. Stop off at the Col des Annes to admire its typical architecture.

03. The Serpentine An immersion between chalets and fir trees

This green trail, one of the most beautiful in the resort, winds through traditional chalets and fir forests. As an added bonus, it offers a magnificent view of Le Chinaillon, set at the foot of the Jalouvre massif. With access to Chinaillon from the Plateau du Rosay, itself accessible from Grand-Bornand Village by gondola, the Serpentine is a ski tour where magic happens at every turn.

04. Blueberry One of the most beautiful views of the Aravis mountains within everyone's reach

In Grand-Bornand, the most grandiose panoramas are not just for expert skiers! The green La Myrtille trail leads from Terres Rouges to the famous viewpoint of the Aravis chain, and then back to Chinaillon, where you can admire the picturesque and charming hamlet of Les Bouts. An itinerary not to be missed!

05. Châtillon Pass Via the highest point in the ski area!

Looking for a blue trail that combines fun and adventure? The Col de Châtillon is for you! Don’t miss this descent starting at the summit of Mont Lachat and its 360° panoramic platform: from the Southern Alps to the Jura, emblematic peaks are revealed… before heading back to the village along the steep relief of the Roc des Arces on part of the famous Dénivel’Maxx.
