This distinction is based on a number of objective criteria, such as being less than 5km from a major itinerary, having suitable facilities (secure bicycle shelter, repair kit, etc.), offering a warm welcome and providing services adapted to cyclists: luggage transfer, washing and drying facilities, bike and accessory rental, etc.
