  • Purchased on the legrandbornand.com website, pass not activated & not used(no visit to the terminal).
  • For any reason and without justification.
  • You can make your refund request by e-mailuntil 10 April 2026.

Flex package 

  • The Flex package is a non-consecutive day package, with a choice of 3 durations: 4 days, 5 days or 6 non-consecutive days.
  • Purchased on the legrandbornand.com website, the pass is not activated & is not used(no need to visit a terminal).
  • For any reason and without justification.
  • You can make your refund request by e-mail, up until the 1st day of validity of the ski pass.

Other packages 

  • Purchased on the online sales site legrandbornand.com, passes not activated & not used(no visit to the terminal)
  • For any reason and without justification.
  • You can make your refund request by e-mail, up until the 1st day of validity of the ski pass.
This does not apply to LIB passes and 4h to 14-day passes purchased on our website using dynamic pricing: these passes cannot be changed or refunded.
