  • *Magic Pass prices

    The Magic Pass is sold from March 11, 2025; it is available at 7 different rates, with the 1st promotional rate valid from 03/11/2025 to 04/08/2025 midday being the most advantageous.

    It is possible to pay in 10 instalments during the 1st price period, then in 9 instalments during the 2nd period, and then in 6 instalments between May and September. The administration fee is 3%.

    The various Magic Pass prices are not disclosed in advance. As an indication, the last price level for Magic Pass 24/25 was €962 for an adult and €427 for a child aged 6 to 15.

  • When can I use my Magic Pass in Le Grand-Bornand?

    Le Grand-Bornand is one of the resorts open for the summer season, and you’ll be able to enjoy it with your Magic Pass as soon as the ski area opens on June 21, 2025. See all our timetables Home – Le Grand-Bornand summer

  • Can I buy my Magic Pass at the box office?

    The Magic Pass package can be purchased directly on the Magic Pass website.

  • Where can I pick up my Magic Pass?

    Your package will be sent directly to the address you provided when you placed your order.

    For Magic Passes ordered before April 18, 2025: end of April 2025
    For Magic Passes ordered after April 18, 2025: In Switzerland – your order will be processed within 2 working days and delivered as soon as possible.
    Shipments abroad (packages are sent from Switzerland) are subject to postal service delivery times.
    Gift vouchers are sent in print@home format.

  • I forgot/lost my Magic Pass!

    If you lose your Magic Pass, we advise you to go to one of the ticket offices at one of our partner resorts. With your identity card, you can request a duplicate of your card. This costs CHF 40 per ski pass.

    If you wish to receive a duplicate at home, you can place an order online from your Magic Pass customer account at www.magicpass.ch (delivery time: 4 working days).

  • How do I take out insurance with my Magic Pass?

    In partnership with Helvetia, Magic Pass offers you the option of taking out insurance when you place your order.

    Two types of insurance are available:

    Helvetia Assurance Pass (5%): insurance on the package, guaranteeing reimbursement in the event of illness or accident.
    Helvetia Assurance Pass + rescue (8%): insurance on the lift pass which guarantees reimbursement in the event of illness or accident, as well as rescue costs in Magic Pass resorts.
    Insurance can only be taken out when you order your Magic Pass. (Insurance cannot be added after an order has been finalized).

    If you have subscribed to any of the insurances and wish to claim a refund, the claim form can be completed on the insurance page of the Magic Pass website.

    Reimbursements are made directly by Helvetia insurance. The Magic Mountains Cooperation and the Grand-Bornand ski resort do not reimburse ski passes.

  • What happens to the Le Grand-Bornand season pass?

    The Le Grand-Bornand season pass will continue to be available for sale from October 1, 2025.
