Whether you’re a complete novice or want to perfect your basics, the Grand-Bornand ski area offers three dedicated learning areas in an exceptional natural setting.

How does it work? 3 different spaces!

    AU ROSAY, Village L'Alpage Express Accessible with a simple ski ascent

    The 230 m-long Alpage Express conveyor is the centerpiece of the Rosay Plateau’s snow leisure area. Thanks to its wide belt, which can be used by an adult and a child side by side, the area is open to skiers and pedestrians alike.
    Accessible as soon as you step off the Rosay gondola, you’ll find :
    – An area designed for beginners, with two completely reconfigured runs for young and old alike.
    – A secure, enclosed toboggan run.
    – Access to various footpaths and snowshoe trails.
    – A “hors sac” room
    – Free automatic backpack lockers.

    This area is ideal for learning to ski while enjoying a breathtaking view of the valley.

    From the Village or Le Chinaillon Le Mini Domaine Only by the day

    The Mini Domaine package gives you privileged access to a wide selection of 13 specially adapted facilities, for a gradual, stress-free learning experience.

    – The Rosay and La Joyère gondolas to gently lift you into the heart of the mountains.
    – The Charmieux, La Taverne and Le Châtelet chairlifts let you explore the slopes at your leisure, while enjoying exceptional views.
    – The lifts at Les Raiches, La Côte, Les Combes, Les Arces and La Mulaterie allow you to progress step by step.
    – The Castor snow line and the Alpage Express and Outalays conveyor belts offer a safe and fun way to get to grips with snow sports.

    With this package, each installation is designed to offer you a pleasant experience, in a safe environment adapted to your needs. It’s your chance to experience your first gliding sensations and discover skiing in the best possible conditions!

        At Chinaillon Le Charmieux

        The Charmieux service hub, designed to facilitate the customer experience, integrating under one roof :
        – A new ESF reception point
        – The ski lift ticket office
        – Ski locker
        – Day nursery
        – Public toilets

        This area is made up of a wide-band conveyor belt serving two beginners’ slopes. The calm, safe environment enables beginners to familiarize themselves with skis in a tranquil setting.
