🧘‍♀️Un time to yourself, away from it all

(R)awaken your senses at the summit of Le Lachat with an unforgettable morning yoga session! Board the Lachat chairlift before it opens to the public. The contemplative terrace awaits you for your gentle yet dynamic yoga class in a privileged setting.

Meet at the Lachat car park at 7.30am, return to the car park by chairlift at the end of the class.

Supervision : Alexia Vulliet, FIDHY-certified yoga teacher.
Bring comfortable clothing, a bottle of water and a mat (mats provided if required).
All levels welcome.

🌞 Letting go of control in front of the Aravis mountains on Mont Lachat

Free yourself from the stresses of everyday life and leave refreshed, with a lighter heart and a calmer mind.
What could be more rejuvenating than practising yoga in front of a 360° panorama of the Aravis mountains and Mont Blanc? Here, you can savour every moment: the ride up the Lachat chairlift, the cool morning breeze, and that unique moment when the sun lights up the peaks. The session ends with a moment of meditation, a chance to let go of everything. You’ll come back down with renewed energy, ready to enjoy the wonders of the summer resort, with its panoramic walks and thrilling mountain bike rides.
