  • Magic Pass prices

    The Magic Pass 2025/2026 went on sale last season on 11 March 2025 and is available at 7 different prices, with the 1st promotional price valid for 1 month being the most advantageous. The Magic Pass 2026/2027 will be available soon!

    It is possible to pay in 10 instalments during the 1st price period, then in 9 instalments during the 2nd period, and then in 6 instalments between May and September. The administration fee is 3%.

    The various Magic Pass prices are not disclosed in advance.

    For information, the first price level for the Magic Pass 25/26 was €444 for an adult and €299 for a child aged between 6 and 15.

  • When can I use my Magic Pass in Le Grand-Bornand?

    Le Grand-Bornand is one of the resorts open for the summer season, and you can take advantage of this with your Magic Pass as soon as the ski area opens on the weekends of 20 June and 27 June 2026, then from 4 July to 30 August, as well as on the weekend of 5 September.

  • Can I buy my Magic Pass at the ticket office?

    The Magic Pass can only be purchased on the Magic Pass website.

    No Magic Pass is produced by the Grand-Bornand ski area and no Magic Pass can be collected on site.

    The Magic Pass holder is bound by the terms and conditions of Magic Mountains Cooperation and not those of the Grand-Bornand ski area.

  • Where can I collect my Magic Pass?

    Your package will be sent directly to you at the address you gave when you placed your order.

    Shipments abroad (packages are sent from Switzerland) are subject to postal service delivery times.

    Estimated delivery times: 4 working days for Switzerland and 7-10 working days for France.

    Gift vouchers are sent in print@home format.

  • I've forgotten/lost my Magic Pass!

    If you lose your Magic Pass, we advise you to go to one of the ticket offices in one of our partner resorts. With your identity card, you can request a duplicate of your card. This costs CHF/€40 per lift pass.

    If you would like to receive a duplicate at home, you can place an order online from your Magic Pass customer account at www.magicpass.ch (estimated delivery time: 4 working days in Switzerland and 7-10 working days for France).

  • How do I take out insurance with my Magic Pass?

    You can take out the Aravis Sécurité saison insurance policy or the annual FFS Carte Neige licence, option Loisir, independently of your ski pass purchase.

    When you buy your Magic Pass via the Magic Pass website, Magic Pass, in partnership with Helvetia, offers you the option of taking out insurance when you place your order.

    Two types of insurance are available:

    Helvetia Assurance Pass (5%): insurance on the package which guarantees reimbursement in the event of illness or accident.
    Helvetia Assurance Pass + rescue (8%): insurance on the ski pass which guarantees reimbursement in the event of illness or accident as well as rescue costs in Magic Pass resorts.
    Insurance can only be taken out when you order your Magic Pass. (It is not possible to add insurance after finalising an order).

    If you have taken out insurance and wish to claim a refund, the claim form can be completed on the insurance page of the Magic Pass website.

    Reimbursements are made directly by the insurance company.

    The Magic Mountains Cooperation cooperative and the Grand-Bornand ski area do not refund ski passes or make any compensation.

  • What happens to the Le Grand-Bornand season pass?

    The Le Grand-Bornand season pass was launched on 01/10 for the 25/26 season.

    We have no information yet for the 2026/2027 season.
