After a good hour’s walk, you’ll arrive at one of the commune’s 40 mountain pasture farms, set in a splendid setting facing the Aravis mountain range. You’ll have earned a well-deserved Savoyard meal on the terrace, featuring local and farm produce, cheeses, doughnuts and cold meats.
Take the whole family for a day out in the great outdoors and discover the wild fauna with an “Ibex and chamois” hike.

Make the most of the evening light to make your way to the Col des Annes, where you can enjoy the best potato fritters – another local speciality! – of Grand-Bornand in the picturesque setting of a high-altitude hamlet whose architecture, adapted to the harsh winter conditions, contrasts with the opulent traditional chalets of the valley.
