The resort has thus signed the prowess to gather, on March 31, 2017, the "Legends of Ski" (Jean-Claude Killy, Marielle Goitschel, Annie Famose ...), the most beautiful French ski plateau, on the occasion of the return of the champions in Le Grand-Bornand.

THE SKI-CLUB CELEBRATES ITS 100th ANNIVERSARY

12 champions on the starting line of the world's biggest competitions for winter 2023/24: that says a lot about the dynamism of the most regularly represented resort on the international ski circuits, all disciplines combined.

A trademark for the village, which carried a 'historic' delegation of 8 athletes to the Vancouver Olympics in 2010, then 6 to Sochi, 4 of whom returned with medals in 2014...

For a long time, Le Grand-Bornand has believed in its young people, who give it back in kind, true to the spirit of the pioneers of the Ski-Club, rightly nicknamed "the school of champions" and several times voted French Champion of the junior category.
