After visiting the chapel of the old village of Chinaillon, you will take a balcony path, rich in flowers, offering on its first part in the mountain pastures a panoramic view of Mont Lachat and the Aravis mountain range.
During the descent on Le Grand-Bornand Villlage, you will appreciate the agility of the climbers on the Forclaz rock and discover the secrets of the forest trail thanks to information panels before joining an orientation table overlooking the village of Grand-Bornand. During the season, you can take bus route A back up the hill.
Return via the same route, or take bus route A (during the season) from the centre of Le Grand-Bornand Village.
Variant: departure from the top of the Rosay gondola, descent via La Galerie / la Matte to the old village of Chinaillon.

Parking on Route de l'Envers du Chinaillon, opposite the Chinaillon Tourist Office. Head towards the Tourist Office and walk up the high street until you reach Route de Samance.
If you wish to do the route as a downhill-only trip, you can take a bus on route A during the summer season from Le Grand-Bornand Village and get off at the Jalouvre stop.
