Description
Nordic handiskiing on a sledge allows people with disabilities to discover the joys of cross-country skiing in a safe and adapted environment.
At Auberge Nordique, you can try Nordic sledding during a private lesson supervised by trained professionals.
Para cross-country skiing is for people with physical or visual disabilities. Participants can use a Nordic sled: an adapted seat mounted on a pair of skis, spaced according to the width of classic cross-country ski tracks. In this configuration, the poles are shortened to facilitate propulsion and balance.
This activity offers an accessible, friendly sporting experience that respects each person's pace.
Booking through the ESF.
