Discovery or improvement internship. The first two half-days are devoted to revising the basics of cliff climbing. The two others are devoted to the revision of the techniques necessary for routes of several pitches.

These courses provide personalized instruction in a group setting: - Review or learn belay and safety basics. - Progression from seconding to lead climbing. - Individual skill improvement (balance, footwork, efficient movement). - Multi-pitch routes (adapted to your skills and comfort level). For more detailed information guide service office hours at the Tourism Office (Maison du Tourisme) are from 18.00 to 19.00, in July and August. Beginners or initiated.
