Sculpture on wood by Siro Viérin.
Realized in a week.
From a distance, it looks so realistic that you'd think it would run away the closer you get.
But actually Barbotine, a cow sculpture carved into a tree trunk by Aosta Valley artist Siro Viérin, gazes placidly at us.
And nothing will stop her watching the buses go by.

Artwork funded by the Autonomous Region of Aosta Valley as part of the 27th Au Bonheur des Mômes Festival.
All year round, daily.
