Learn the downhill MTB fundamentals and techniques (position, trajectory, balance, brakink) on the slopes of our resort. 2 sessions recommended.

3 hours of learning, pleasure and sensations on the slopes of our resort. The AE mountain bike (semi-rigid or full-suspension depending on size), full-face helmet and protections are provided.
