- Entrance door opens automatically (no contact with handles)
- Queue and traffic flow are organized with barrier posts and floor markings.
- Reception desks are protected by plexiglass. As the distance is respected and reinforced by the screens, wearing a mask is recommended but not compulsory for visitors and advisors.
- Hydroalcoholic gel on reception counter is used by advisors and visitors before each exchange of objects. - Documentation is no longer self-service. Current information is displayed and digital versions of resort brochures (Magazine, practical guides, events program) are accessible by QR Code (outdoor display). Advisors provide paper versions on request.
- In order to respect sanitary measures, family rest room will not be accessible.
Visitor center located in the heart of Le Chinaillon. You can find every information you need during your stay both in winter and summer season. Services provided : place to change the nappy, quiet room where children can play and read.
